This week's theme is jewelery. Perhaps a better title would be "Favourite jewelery I have lost and have not found back." I have a couple of those. For example, a pair of gold twirly earrings that M had given me for my birthday. Lost for good last year under a foot of snow somewhere in Telkwa, BC. Another pair of gold earrings I got for Christmas from my father-in-law before he was my father-in-law are lying somewhere at the Vancouver Aquarium. I like to think that Milo the sea otter found it somehow and is keeping it as a toy. Makes me feel a little bit better about losing them.
Since it's too late for Christmas, guess what I'll be asking for my birthday this year?
